CaptiveAire Systems, Inc. seeks a driven engineer to join our sales team, focusing on expanding business with current customers and developing new ones. The role blends applications engineering with inside sales support in a fast-paced environment.

The position includes extensive formal training under a mentor, building knowledge of CaptiveAire products, market approach, and sales strategies, as well as business development experience.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of engineering or related experience.
• 4 year technical degree in mechanical, electrical, construction or science curricula.
• Excellent computer, organizational and communication/presentation skills.
• Willing to travel for training and customer meetings.
• FE exam completion expected within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated application engineering and design support for ventilation applications.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Contractors, End Users and Food Service Dealers.
• Daily inside sales support and application engineering duties.
• Prepare presentations, quotes, submittals and technical product support as needed.
• Educate and promote CaptiveAire products to users in your market.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new users.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and respond quickly to requests.
• Maintain throughput with rapid turnaround and output quality.
• Continuously improve processes and the customer experience.
