Job summary

Snap-on is seeking a Sales Representative to sell directly to industrial corporations in Cincinnati, OH. You will leverage Snap-on’s extensive product offerings, build relationships, and develop tailored solutions on the shop floor or in the field.

The role is commission-driven with base expense reimbursement; combined annual compensation generally ranges from $65,000 to $100,000 depending on territory and performance, with additional bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience is required.
• Proven track record of prior goal achievement showing increase in sales and customer growth.
• Bachelor or Associate degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills and comfort presenting to all levels.

Responsibilities

• Work with business partners to understand needs and develop customized solutions.
• Build and enhance relationships with key decision-makers and accounts.
• Present Snap-on solutions on shop floors or in the field.
• Develop and maintain a Customer Contact and Activity database for assigned accounts.
• Review customer activities quarterly with Team Leader or Sales Manager and strategize to maximize sales.
