Job summary

Snap-on Industrial is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to sell directly to industrial corporations. You will listen to customer needs, present Snap-on solutions on the shop floor or in the field, and develop tailored proposals to improve productivity.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years outside sales experience required.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing customers.
• Bachelor or Associate degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to present to all levels.

Responsibilities

• Work with business partners to understand needs and tailor Snap-on solutions.
• Build and enhance relationships with key decision-makers.
• Present solutions on shop floor or in the field.
• Develop and maintain a Customer Contact and Activity Database.
• Review activities quarterly with leadership and strategize growth.
