Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Solutions Delivery-Implementation to drive deployments of document-centric solutions (ASend, SCS CAC/PIV, uniFLOW) for diverse client needs.

You will implement, configure, and troubleshoot the software and services, guiding customers through setup and maintenance while coordinating with internal teams. The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, relevant certifications, and willingness to travel; a virtual work setup is available and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience.
• Available to work beyond standard hours as required.
• CDIA+ and Network+ certifications.
• Occasional local/regional travel may be required, 1-5 days or more depending on size and complexity of implementation. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary.
• Core Certifications for uniFLOW (Technician, Online Foundation); One of Network+, Cloud+, Security+ (if not presently certified, pursue within six months).
• Desirable: MS 365, Azure or AWS Fundamental or Associate certifications.

Responsibilities

• Validate feasibility of technical solutions and function as a technical resource during escalations.
• Assist with pre-sales activities and manage delivery plan and client expectations.
• Coordinate between internal and external support teams to ensure continuity of service.
• Create user documentation and provide education and training to clients.
