Canon U.S.A., Inc. seeks a Systems Support professional to implement comprehensive document management solutions, including uniFLOW and related output management products, across diverse client environments.

You will validate solutions, support escalation, assist with pre-sales, and help customers configure, administer, and maintain software, delivering user education and training. This role requires travel 1–5 days as needed and a willingness to work flexible hours in a remote, full-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience.
• Occasional local/regional travel may be required, 1-5 days or more depending on size and complexity of implementation.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary; certain minimum auto insurance coverages may be required.
• Required: Core Certifications for uniFLOW (Technician, Online Foundation); One of Network+, Cloud+, Security+.
• Desired: Any MS 365, Azure or AWS Fundamental or Associate certification.

Responsabilités

• Validate technical solutions for feasibility, function as technical resource during escalation.
• Assist with pre-sales process for solution sales, manage delivery plan, client expectations, scope.
• Guide customers through necessary configuration setup, administration and maintenance of software, create user documentation.
