Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a customer-facing technical services professional to deliver hands-on implementation, configuration, and support for Canon solutions.

You will manage fleet management, output management, and scanning software, while maintaining strong relationships with client IT teams and ensuring adoption of products. The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, travel up to 30% (overnights), and certifications such as CompTIA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience.
• Customer Success experience preferred.
• Requires up to 30% travel to client sites, including overnights.
• Requires strong interpersonal and communications skills, and public speaking skills.
• Certification requirements upon hiring or within first 6 months: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Delivers technical services to customers, ensuring smooth implementation, configuration, and support of Canon solutions.
• Maintains knowledge of client's networking environment and documentation of deployed solutions.
• Delivers application administration services for fleet management, output management and scanning software.
• Builds strong client relationships with IT administrators and personnel, addressing needs and resolving issues.
