Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Implementation Engineer for diverse document-centric solutions. You will implement, configure, and support ASend, SCS CAC/PIV, uniFLOW and related services, working remotely across multiple US locations.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience and relevant certifications, with travel as needed to support deployments. You will validate technical feasibility, assist pre-sales, coordinate with internal/external teams, document user procedures, and train

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; 3–5 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel locally/regional 1–5 days or more as needed.
• Core Certifications for uniFLOW (Technician, Online Foundation).
• Desirable: MS 365, Azure or AWS Fundamentals/Associate certifications.

Responsibilities

• Validate feasibility of technical solutions and serve as a technical resource during escalation.
• Assist with pre-sales and manage cross-team relationships to ensure service continuity.
• Guide customers through configuration, administration and maintenance of software.
• Create user documentation and provide education/training to clients.
• Manage delivery plans, scope of works and project tracking.
