Job summary

Canon USA seeks a solutions implementation professional to address document-centric customer problems using uniFLOW and related tools. You will validate feasibility, assist with escalations, and help clients configure and maintain software.

The role involves pre-sales support, coordinating among internal and external teams, and creating user documentation plus training for customers. Travel may be required and a valid US driver’s license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Validate technical solutions for feasibility and assist as technical resource during escalations.
• Support pre-sales and manage cross-team relationships to ensure continuity of service on escalations.
• Guide customers through configuration, administration, and maintenance of software; create user documentation and provide education and training.
