Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is hiring a solutions implementation specialist to deliver ASend, SCS CAC/PIV, uniFLOW and related output-management solutions. You will install, configure and troubleshoot software, coordinate with customers, and guide them through deployment.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, and certification goals (CDIA+, Network+). Occasional travel and a valid driver’s license are expected; remote work with some onsite visits in the US may be

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience.
• Available to work beyond standard hours as required.
• CDIA+ (if not presently certified, must be attained within first 6-months of employment), Network+ certifications.

Responsibilities

• Validate technical solutions for feasibility and function as a technical resource during escalation.
• Assist with pre-sales support and manage relationships between internal and external teams.
• Guide customers through configuration, administration and maintenance of software.
• Create user documentation and provide education and training to clients.
