Job summary

Canon USA is a leader in digital imaging and solutions. This role focuses on performing solutions implementation for a range of document-centric customer problems, including uniFLOW and other output management solutions.

You will validate feasibility, escalate technical issues, assist with pre-sales, and manage stakeholder expectations. Travel may be required, and relevant certifications must be pursued within six months of employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Willing to work beyond standard hours.
• CDIA+ and Network+ certifications must be attained within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Validate technical solutions for feasibility; act as technical resource during escalations.
• Assist pre-sales and coordinate with internal/external support teams to ensure continuity of service.
• Guide customers through configuration setup, administration and maintenance of software.
• Create user documentation and provide education and training to clients.
