Job summary

UKG is seeking a Presales Solution Consultant to join our team. You will partner with sales to understand customer needs, demonstrate our HR, Pay, and workforce management solutions, and craft tailored demonstrations that move deals forward.

Travel up to 25% is required as you engage with diverse customers. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in presales or solution consulting, strong presentation skills, and a passion for solving complex business challenges with technology.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or customer-facing tech roles.
Experience presenting software solutions to business and technical stakeholders, including demos.
Strong consultative and problem-solving abilities to map tech to business outcomes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills at all org levels.
Ability to travel up to 25% as required.
