Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with UKG Pro WFM, or 5+ years of equivalent HR, Payroll, Time experience.
• Ability to engage with all levels of an organization to understand and demonstrate how UKG can solve business challenges.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear, practical solution designs.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
