UKG is seeking a presales solution consultant to dive deep into customer needs, master UKG Pro WFM, and craft tailored demonstrations that show measurable business value. You’ll translate requirements into practical designs and present compelling solutions to diverse stakeholders.

You’ll travel up to 40% and collaborate with a passionate team, helping customers realize the power of UKG’s HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management suite across industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with UKG Pro WFM, or 5+ years of equivalent industry experience (HR, Payroll, Time etc.)
• Ability to engage with all levels of an organization to understand and then demonstrate how UKG can solve their business challenges.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear, practical solution designs.
• A willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Presales Solution Consulting experience preferred
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills that can captivate any audience.
• Comfort facilitating discovery sessions, workshops, and executive level discussions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
