Job summary

Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to act as a trusted product expert across the full ALEX Home suite for the Revenue and Renewal teams. You will master our products, run high‑quality demos, understand security and implementation requirements, and align solutions to customer needs to accelerate deals.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and legal teams to represent customer needs, shape solution designs, and contribute to revenue goals in a remote-friendly role with up to 25%

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or implementation within benefits HR tech.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools.
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to translate product and system details for customers clearly.
• Ability to create customer-facing collateral addressing product and system concerns.
• History of collaboration across sales, marketing, legal, security and tech teams.
• Experience in a high-growth environment with new product launches.
• Excellent communication, with clear, honest and empathetic delivery.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy and lead the solution side of complex opportunities.
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects and brokers.
• Shape solutions around buyer needs and demonstrate our integration capabilities (APIs, file feeds, SSO).
• Provide expert input on RFPs and support plan design.
• Contribute to revenue goals via win rate and deal velocity.
