Job summary

T-Mobile in Concord, CA is seeking a sales engineering professional to support business sales by designing and presenting wireless solutions that meet customer needs.

You will consult in meetings, analyze coverage, and guide in-building requests while maintaining expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to inform sales strategies and drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience, or advanced degree with 1 year related experience.
• Preferred study areas: Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related.
• 4–7 years in telecommunications, IT admin, or network engineering with successful solution sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Support small and medium business sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement
• Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and solution guidance
• Facilitate wireless network coverage analysis and review to optimize customer solutions
• Assist with processing in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
