Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a technically skilled sales support specialist to design and present wireless solutions that meet customer needs. You will analyze coverage, consult in customer meetings, and support sales strategies with deep knowledge of wireless technologies.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales teams, project management, and seamless customer engagement to drive business growth and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience (Required)
• Adv degree with 1 year related work experience also acceptable (Required)
• Areas of study include Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (Preferred)
• 4-7 years in telecom, IT or network engineering with track record in solution sales (Preferred)
• Experience with Enterprise and Public Sector accounts (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support SMB sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and engagement
• Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and guidance
• Facilitate wireless network coverage analysis to optimize solutions
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve accessibility
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, networks, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
• Other duties/projects as assigned by management
