Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a technically oriented sales consultant to design and present wireless solutions that meet customer needs.

You will analyze coverage, participate in customer meetings, and assist with in-building requests to improve network accessibility. The role requires expert knowledge of wireless devices and network technologies, with a focus on supporting enterprise and public sector accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year experience
• Fields include Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related
• 4–7 years in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales
• Experience supporting Enterprise and Public Sector accounts

Responsibilities

• Support small and medium business sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement
• Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and solution guidance
• Facilitate wireless network coverage analysis and review to optimize customer solutions
• Assist with processing in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
