Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Solutions Architect, Total Rewards to design and implement the Workday compensation architecture and related touchpoints across Core HCM, Talent, Performance, and Reporting. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.

This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Business Technology Architecture and focuses on cycle execution, data integrity, and compliant, automated processes for mid-year and annual

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in HRIS implementation and configuration.
• Expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation and its integration with Core HCM, Talent, Performance & Reporting.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
• Experience owning compensation cycle execution for a global organization (merit, bonus, equity).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders across global units.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design and configuration of the Workday Compensation architecture and data (grade profiles, eligibility, ranges).
• Lead technical readiness for cycle open/close and hypercare in partnership with Total Rewards, People Ops, and Finance.
• Serve as SME on Workday compensation touchpoints across Talent, Performance, and Reporting; troubleshoot complex configurations.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions and reduce manual work.
• Support data integrity and compliance through regular audits, testing, and documentation.
