Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Solutions Architect, Total Rewards with deep expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation to design and maintain our compensation architecture. You will work closely with senior leaders across HR, Talent, and Finance to capture requirements and implement scalable Workday solutions supporting mid-year and annual cycles.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of HRIS implementation and configuration.
• Experience owning compensation cycle execution for a global organization, including data loads and benchmarking data management.
• BA/BS degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent work experience.
• Self-motivated, analytical problem solver able to handle complex, ambiguous problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders across global business units.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and configuration of the Workday Compensation architecture, including grade profiles, eligibility rules, and range/benchmarking data.
• Lead technical readiness for cycle open, close, and hypercare with Total Rewards, People Operations, and Finance to ensure data accuracy and on-schedule cycles.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Workday compensation touchpoints with Talent, Performance, and Reporting, troubleshooting complex configuration and integration issues.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions with cross-functional stakeholders, reducing manual, error-prone processes.
• Support data integrity and compliance across the compensation architecture through regular audits, testing, and documentation.
