Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Solutions Architect, Total Rewards to own the Workday Compensation architecture and related integrations. You will partner with senior leaders across Business Technology, Total Rewards, People Operations, and Finance to design scalable, compliant solutions for mid-year and annual compensation cycles.

You will lead the configuration, data benchmarking, and cycle execution while driving process improvements and reducing manual steps across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of HRIS implementation experience with strong Workday Advanced Compensation knowledge.
• Experience owning compensation cycle execution for a global organization (merit, bonus, equity).
• BA/BS in a quantitative or business field or equivalent work experience.
• Analytical problem solver comfortable with ambiguity and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, partnering with senior stakeholders across global business units.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design and configuration of the Workday Compensation architecture (grade profiles, eligibility rules, range data) for mid-year and annual cycles.
• Lead technical readiness for cycle open/close and hypercare with Total Rewards, People Operations, and Finance.
• Serve as SME on Workday compensation touchpoints with Talent, Performance, and Reporting; troubleshoot complex configurations and integrations.
