Qualifications

• 5-7 years of HRIS implementation and configuration experience.
• Deep expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation.
• Experience managing compensation cycles in a global organization.
• BA/BS degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Own compensation system architecture design and configuration.
• Lead technical readiness for compensation cycles, ensuring data accuracy.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation systems and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Support compliance and data integrity through audits and testing.
