Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Senior Product Owner for Total Rewards to lead the Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits configurations and improvements. You will drive cycles like open enrollment and merit planning while integrating AI-enabled automation.

You will partner with Total Rewards leaders, Payroll, HR Operations, and HR Business Partners to translate policies into Workday designs, maintain the backlog, and ensure high-quality rollouts through end-to-end testing and smooth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, HR, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience supporting or leading Workday HCM, especially Compensation and Benefits.
• 2+ years in Product Owner or Systems Analyst role in HR Agile/Scrum.
• Certified Workday Pro in Compensation or Benefits (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize Workday Compensation and Benefits backlogs in Agile.
• Translate total rewards policies into Workday configurations and stories.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, Payroll, HR Operations and HRBP to gather requirements.
• Oversee Workday configurations: plan setups, eligibility rules, business processes, and integrations.
• Lead End-to-End testing (UAT) for annual cycles and upgrades.
• Coordinate with benefits admins, carriers, and vendors on integrations.
• Track adoption and ROI of Workday investments.
