Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Solutions Architect, Total Rewards to own the Workday compensation architecture and drive cycles across the organization. You will design configurations, collaborate with Total Rewards, People Operations, and Finance, and ensure accurate data for mid-year and annual rewards processes.

You will serve as the Workday compensation SME, partner with Talent, Performance, and Reporting, and streamline integrations while maintaining rigorous governance and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of HRIS implementation experience.
• Deep expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation and its integration points across Core HCM, Talent, Performance, and Reporting.
• BA/BS degree in a quantitative or business field; or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with senior stakeholders globally.
• Self-motivated, analytical, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and configuration of the Workday Compensation architecture, including grade profiles, eligibility rules, and range data for cycles.
• Lead technical readiness for cycle open/close and hypercare with cross-functional partners.
• Act as SME on Workday compensation touchpoints, troubleshooting complex configurations and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions to reduce manual processes.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance through audits, testing, and documentation.
