Job summary

Endor Labs is hiring an experienced pre-sales engineer to educate customers on Application Security and Software Supply Chain Security, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and lead technical evaluations with enterprise teams. You will partner with engineering and product to tailor solutions, guiding customers from onboarding to successful adoption of Endor Labs security platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales or a similar customer-facing, technical role.
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices including backend/full-stack development, CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and DevOps tooling.
• Familiarity with application security concepts, software supply chain security, and IAM principles.
• Comfort engaging with engineering teams and explaining complex solutions to enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Educate with enthusiasm about security and software supply chain security to developers.
• Master our security product suite and become the go-to expert and evangelist.
• Deliver tailored demos and solution-focused presentations for customers.
• Shape customer outcomes by collaborating with engineering/product teams to address real needs.
• Facilitate customer success through onboarding and guiding adoption of Endor Labs solutions.
