Job summary

Endor Labs is seeking a Solutions Architect to connect our innovative security technology with large, diverse customers. You will educate customers on Application Security and Software Supply Chain Security, and become the go-to expert for Endor Labs’ product suite.

You will tailor demos and design solutions that address real customer challenges while collaborating closely with engineering and product teams. You will guide customers through onboarding, ensuring adoption and success.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales or a similar customer-facing, technical role.
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices including backend or full-stack development, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and DevOps tooling.
• Familiarity with application security concepts, software supply chain security, and identity & access management principles.
• Strong knowledge of Developer, DevOps, App Security and open-source ecosystems; ability to engage with engineers.
• Experience engaging with enterprise customers and articulating complex solutions during a sales cycle.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn about new technologies.
• Collaborative team player who values inclusion and diverse perspectives.
• Action-oriented with a focus on solving customer problems.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers about Application Security and Software Supply Chain Security.
• Master Endor Labs’ security product suite and serve as a go-to evangelist.
• Deliver tailored demos that address customer needs and challenges.
• Shape customer outcomes by collaborating with engineering and product teams.
• Guide customers through onboarding and ensure successful adoption of Endor Labs solutions.
