Endor Labs is seeking a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager to lead strategic, high-ARR accounts and act as a trusted advisor to security and engineering leadership. You will align Endor Labs platform with enterprise goals, orchestrate cross-functional workstreams, and drive adoption and value realization across complex programs.

You will build executive relationships, conduct business reviews, and translate usage data into concrete commercial recommendations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting handling enterprise, high-ARR accounts.

Responsabilités

• Own strategic accounts and drive adoption, retention, expansion, and satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to align Endor Labs platform with customer goals.
• Lead executive reviews, analyze adoption trends, and quantify value to inform expansion opportunities.
• Create account plans, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver enablement initiatives across teams.
• Guide rollout and adoption, onboard AppSec and development teams, and run enablement sessions.
• Provide high-level consulting on AppSec strategy and maturity to customers.
