Job summary

Vontier Corporation is seeking a Solution Owner for North America to define market requirements, deploy product strategy, and support development for retail automation projects. You will partner with cross-functional teams, shape the regional roadmap, and drive growth through market-led initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, deep client engagement (including C-level), and proven success delivering roadmaps on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Masters degree in engineering or marketing (MBA as an advantage).
Proven product / business development background.
Consistent executive presence and communication skills.
Proven track record of creating and delivering roadmap items on time, scope and budget.
Experience in retail or petroleum retail markets.
Knowledge and practical experience in Agile environment.

Responsibilities

Be the key point of contact for customers within the region interacting with customers at all levels (incl. C-level).
Lead the discovery phase of the project with the cross-functional team framing needs and requirements.
Develop regional solution roadmaps, propose and collect innovation initiatives on the due platform.
Drive mid- and long-term growth of respective products through MLOs (Marketing Led Opportunities).
Define and accelerate go-to-market strategy for complete solution portfolio within the region.
Keep and develop knowledge of competition positioning for benchmark.
