Job summary

Vontier Corporation is seeking a Solution Owner for North America to define market requirements, deploy product strategy and support development for retail automation projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to expand product culture and knowledge in the region.

The role focuses on regional roadmaps, GTM strategy, and driving growth through market-led opportunities, with strong executive engagement and a modern, collaborative work model.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in engineering or marketing (MBA an advantage).
• Proven product/business development background.
• Consistent executive presence and communication skills.
• Proven track record of delivering roadmap items on time, scope and budget.

Responsibilities

• Be the key point of contact for customers within the region interacting with customers at all levels (incl. C-level).
• Lead the discovery phase of the project with cross-functional teams to frame needs and requirements.
• Develop regional solution roadmaps and collect innovation initiatives.
• Drive mid- and long-term growth of products through Marketing Led Opportunities (MLOs).
• Define and accelerate go-to-market strategy for the complete solution portfolio in the region.
• Maintain knowledge of competition and benchmark positioning.
