Vontier Corporation in North America seeks a Solution Owner to define market requirements and deploy product strategy for retail automation projects in the region. You will partner with cross-functional teams to shape roadmaps, engage customers, and support sales with compelling proposals.

You will drive GTM plans, maintain competitive insight, and communicate the value of our due platform through demos and trainings, enabling growth and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in engineering or marketing; MBA is an advantage.
• Proven product or business development background.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Track record delivering roadmaps on time, within scope and budget.
• Experience in retail or petroleum retail markets.
• Knowledge and practical experience in Agile environments.

Responsabilités

• Be the key regional contact for customers at all levels, including C‑level.
• Lead discovery with cross-functional team to define needs and requirements.
• Develop regional solution roadmaps and gather innovation initiatives.
• Drive growth through Marketing Led Opportunities.
• Define and accelerate go‑to‑market strategy for the regional portfolio.
• Keep knowledge of competitive positioning for benchmarking.
• Organize and update solution value proposition; run experiments/research.
• Support sales with solution proposals for RFIs/RFQs and presentations.
• Own internal/external solution communication flows including demos/trainings.
