Job summary

Contentful is seeking a Solution Engineer to closely partner with Account Executives, guiding customers through technical discovery, solution design, and proofs of concept during the sales cycle.

You will learn our product, APIs, SDKs, and enterprise presentation frameworks while driving customer success and contributing to revenue growth across diverse digital transformation projects, including on-site engagements as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation skills that demonstrate ability to convey technical and business knowledge to varying personas.
• Understanding of REST APIs and a micro-service architecture.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Co-pilot sales opportunities with Account Executives through the sales cycle, including technical discovery and solution design.
• Create customized value-based product demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Assist with RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires and coordinate with other departments.
• Build deep relationships within the team and with customers to ensure successful implementation and launch.
