Salesforce is seeking a Solution Engineer to partner with Account Executives across the sales cycle, delivering technical discovery, product demonstrations, and proofs of concept to help customers navigate digital transformation.

You will learn APIs, SDKs, and integration patterns, become fluent in our content management and omnichannel capabilities, and assist with RFIs/RFPs and security questionnaires as you grow in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• The desire to become a professional Solution Engineer.
• Strong presentation skills that demonstrate the ability to convey technical and business knowledge to varied personas.
• Understanding of REST APIs and a micro-service architecture.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Dive into an immersive onboarding experience learning the product, APIs, SDKs, CLI, and partner ecosystem.
• Become a professional Solution Engineer and learn Enterprise presentation frameworks.
• Learn the Content Management competitive landscape and complementary stack solutions.
• Create deep relationships within your team and beyond.
• Make an impact on sales revenue by co-piloting opportunities with Account Executives.
• Understand customer objectives, validate requirements against our platform, and demonstrate value via Demos/POCs.
• Assist with RFIs, RFPs, and Security questionnaires and liaise with other departments.
• Relay product feedback to Product Management, Marketing and Sales.
