Job summary

Contentful is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to help customers realize digital transformation using Contentful's APIs, SDKs and CMS capabilities. You will partner with Account Executives through discovery, presentations, and proofs of concept to drive engagement.

This dynamic role welcomes diverse backgrounds, including front-end/back-end development, professional services, sales or marketing, and emphasizes growth and a positive culture.

Qualifications

5+ years of Solution Engineering experience selling SaaS to marketing teams.
Ability to convey technical and business knowledge to mixed audiences.
Experience with REST APIs.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives to drive sales opportunities through discovery and demos.
Lead technical presentations and solution design sessions with customers.
Respond to RFIs, RFPs and security questionnaires with cross-functional teams.
Help customers validate requirements against Contentful platform and assess risks.
Travel onsite with customers as needed.
