Contentful, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to drive digital transformation conversations with customers and help shape the Solution Engineering function.

The role involves onboarding, enterprise presentations, and building deep relationships with customers while traveling onsite as needed and collaborating with sales and product teams to deliver customer value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Solution Engineering selling SaaS or related industry experience selling to Marketing & Marketing-adjacent teams.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conveying technical and business knowledge to a mixed audience of business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Rest APIs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives through sales cycle phases including technical discovery and product demonstrations.
• Design collaborative solutions and proofs of concept in alignment with customer goals.
• Assist with RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
