Contentful is hiring a Senior Solution Engineer to guide customers through digital transformation with Contentful products and APIs. You will work closely with Account Executives to navigate the sales cycle, deliver technical demonstrations, and design solutions that align with client goals.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, onboarding, and contributing to strategy while traveling onsite as needed and growing within a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Solution Engineering experience in SaaS or related field.
• Ability to convey technical and business concepts to mixed audiences.
• Experience with Rest APIs.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train customers on Contentful products and APIs.
• Co-pilot sales opportunities with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
• Translate customer needs into solutions and provide technical demos.
• Assist with RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires as needed.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Customer Success Managers post-sale.
