Contentful is seeking a Solution Engineer to guide customers through digital transformation with Contentful’s platform and ecosystem. You will collaborate with Account Executives on technical discovery, product demonstrations, and solution design sessions, delivering proofs of concept and helping close opportunities.

Success requires strong presentation skills, a solid grasp of REST APIs and micro-services, and willingness to travel up to 25% to meet customers where they are.

Qualifications

• Understanding of REST APIs and microservices.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Onboard with Contentful product, APIs, SDKs, and ecosystem.
• Co-pilot sales opportunities with Account Executives.
• Validate customer requirements against the platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Customer Success Managers.
• Travel onsite with customers when necessary.
• Contribute to internal projects to improve the Solution Engineering team.
