Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience implementing or designing SPM and related sales tech solutions.
• Deep functional expertise across compensation, planning, territory, and enablement on the Salesforce platform.
• Ability to translate business strategy into architecture with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design workshops; architect end-to-end functional solutions across the SPM suite.
• Document gaps between current and desired end states and translate requirements into solution designs.
• Define the solution blueprint and governance for scope and quality across engagements.
• Mentor team members and support pre-sales activities, including POCs and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects to align design with integrations and data.
