Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect for Sales Performance Management to design and lead end-to-end SPM engagements, including compensation, planning, territory, and enablement. You will work across Salesforce Maps, Spiff, and Enterprise Territory Management to deliver scalable solutions aligned with a customer’s growth strategy.

You will spearhead discovery, design workshops, and governance of design standards while collaborating with product teams and senior architects.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience implementing, designing, or consulting on Sales Performance Management or related solutions.
Deep SPM domain expertise across compensation, planning, territory, and enablement.
Strong ability to translate business strategy into well-architected solutions and document design.

Responsibilities

Partner with customer stakeholders to define SPM solution vision, roadmap, and deliverables.
Lead discovery and design workshops; architect end-to-end functional solution across SPM suite.
Translate requirements into a well-architected Salesforce-based solution; own design leadership.
Define solution blueprint, best practices, and design standards; oversee scope and quality.
Mentor team members and support pre-sales activities and client engagements.
