Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end Sales Performance Management engagements across the SPM portfolio. You will translate customer requirements into scalable, well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce Maps, Spiff, and other planning tools to drive value.

You will work with Senior Solution Architects and product teams to guide discovery, design, and delivery, owning the architectural standard and ensuring on-time, within-scope outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience implementing, designing, or consulting on Sales Performance Management, Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), sales planning, or related sales technology solutions.
• Deep functional expertise across the SPM domain (compensation, planning, territory, enablement).
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into well-architected solutions with strong analytic skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customer stakeholders to understand objectives and define the SPM solution vision and roadmap.
• Lead discovery and design workshops and document end-to-end functional solutions across the SPM suite.
• Translate requirements into a well-architected solution leveraging the Salesforce platform.
• Own the functional design and configuration leadership across the SPM suite (Salesforce Maps, Sales Planning, Spiff, Enterprise Territory Management).
• Advise customers on operating models, adoption, and best practices.
