Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end SPM engagements across Compensation, Planning, Territory, and Enablement. You will translate client objectives into scalable architectures and drive discovery, design workshops, and governance for complex deployments.

Reporting to the Specialized Services organization, you will mentor consultants, align with Technical Architects, and help shape proposals, SOWs, and pre-sales activities while maintaining a strong focus on

Qualifications

• 8+ years in implementing, designing, or consulting on SPM or related sales tech.
• Deep functional expertise across compensation, planning, territory, and enablement.
• Ability to translate business strategy into well-architected solutions.
• Strong analytical and business process design skills.
• Advanced ability to model incentive and planning logic.
• Executive-level communication skills.
• Based in the US or Canada and travel regionally.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customer stakeholders to understand objectives and define the SPM solution vision.
• Lead discovery and solution design workshops for end-to-end SPM across multiple products.
• Document and architect the end-to-end functional solution across the SPM suite.
• Own the functional design and configuration leadership across the SPM suite.
• Advise customers on their SPM operating model, adoption, and best practices.
• Contribute to proposals, staffing plans, and SOWs; support pre-sales activities.
