Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing or designing Sales Performance Management or related solutions.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce-based solutions.
• Experience mentoring team members and supporting pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design for complex SPM engagements across multiple Salesforce products.
• Define and document the functional architecture, explore gaps, and guide build and enablement.
• Support pre-sales with discovery, demos, and proof-of-concept development.
