Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end SPM engagements, spanning compensation, planning, territory, and enablement. You will work across the Salesforce Maps and Spiff modules, translating business strategy into scalable, long-term solutions.

You will lead discovery sessions, shape the solution blueprint, mentor peers, and collaborate with product teams to deliver value for enterprise clients in a billable, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience implementing, designing, or consulting on Sales Performance Management and related sales tech solutions.
• Deep functional expertise across the SPM domain (compensation, planning, territory, enablement).
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into well-architected solutions for the Salesforce platform.
• Experience mentoring or guiding less experienced team members.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives and define the SPM solution vision and roadmap.
• Lead discovery and design workshops and document the end-to-end functional solution across the SPM suite.
• Translate requirements into a well-architected solution leveraging the Salesforce platform.
• Own functional design and configuration leadership across the SPM tools including Maps, Planning, and Programs.
