Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to lead end-to-end Sales Performance Management engagements. You will translate strategy into scalable, technically sound solutions across compensation, territory, planning, and enablement while guiding build and design with cross-functional teams.

You’ll partner with customers and Salesforce product teams, mentor colleagues, and contribute to pre-sales activities, all while maintaining strong governance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience implementing, designing, or consulting on Sales Performance Management or related sales technology solutions.
• Deep functional expertise across compensation, planning, territory, and enablement.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into well-architected solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define the SPM solution vision, roadmap, deliverables, and expectations with stakeholders.
• Lead discovery and design workshops across the SPM suite and document end-to-end functional solutions.
• Translate requirements into a scalable Salesforce-based architecture and oversee design across maps, planning, and programs.
• Own functional design and configuration leadership across the SPM suite and guide build efforts.
• Apply AI-powered SPM capabilities to accelerate delivery and value realization.
• Provide governance of scope and quality and mentor team members.
• Support pre-sales qualification, proposals, and statements of work with prospects.
• Collaborate with product teams to align implementations with roadmap.
