Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end SPM engagements across the portfolio, aligning compensation, planning, territory, and enablement into a scalable Salesforce-based solution. You will own discovery, design, and governance, guiding teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

You will work closely with Senior Architects, Consultants, and product teams to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery, while mentoring others and driving best practices across engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience implementing, designing, or consulting on Sales Performance Management or related sales tech solutions.
• Deep functional expertise across the SPM domain and cross‑product solution design on Salesforce.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into well‑architected solutions with strong analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customer stakeholders to define the SPM solution vision, roadmap and expectations.
• Lead discovery and design workshops; architect the end-to-end functional solution across the SPM suite.
• Translate requirements into a scalable Salesforce-based solution and oversee design and governance.
• Own the functional design and configuration leadership across the SPM portfolio including commissions, territory, and enablement.
• Apply AI-powered SPM capabilities to accelerate delivery and deliver value.
