Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to design end-to-end SPM solutions across the portfolio, including compensation, planning, territory, and enablement. You will lead discovery workshops, own the functional design, and guide the build while aligning with best practices and reusable assets.

You will work with a team of architects and consultants, mentor others, and support pre-sales activities and customer engagements across the Salesforce Maps, Spiff, and Planning domains.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing, designing, or consulting on SPM/ICM.
• Deep functional expertise across compensation, planning, territory, and enablement on Salesforce.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into well-architected solutions and communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design workshops for end-to-end SPM solutions.
• Architect and document the end-to-end functional solution across the SPM suite.
• Ensure the solution aligns with current and desired end states and integrates with Salesforce products.
