Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead end-to-end SPM engagements, translating customer strategy into scalable, accurate Salesforce-based solutions. You will own the functional design across compensation, planning, territory, and enablement, working with Maps, Spiff, and related tools.

You will drive discovery workshops, mentor peers, and collaborate with product teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing, designing, or consulting on SPM and related solutions.
• Experience designing cross-product solutions on Salesforce platform with strong analytical skills.
• Executive-level oral and written communication skills and ability to lead pre-sales qualification.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customer stakeholders to understand objectives and define SPM vision, roadmap, deliverables, and expectations.
• Lead discovery and design workshops; architect and document end-to-end functional solutions across the SPM suite.
• Translate sales strategy into a well-architected Salesforce-based solution and document gaps.
• Own functional design across the SPM suite including Maps, Planning, Spiff, Programs, and Territory Management.
• Apply AI-powered SPM capabilities to accelerate delivery and value realization.
• Define blueprint, best practices, and governance of scope and quality.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects to align design with integrations, data, and development.
• Mentor team members and promote reusable assets and standards.
• Advise customers on SPM operating models and adoption best practices.
• Support proposals, SOWs, and pre-sales activities with discovery, demos, and POC.
