Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end SPM engagements, translating customer strategy into scalable, Salesforce-based solutions that cover compensation, planning, territory, and enablement.

You will collaborate with Senior Architects, Consultants, and product teams, driving discovery, architecture, and governance while maintaining a strong focus on billable delivery and customer value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience implementing, designing, or consulting on SPM, Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), sales planning, or related sales technology solutions.
• Deep functional expertise across the SPM domain (compensation, planning, territory, enablement) and a proven ability to design cross-product solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Executive-level oral and written communication skills, including the ability to conceptualize and communicate complex solution concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Based in the US or Canada and available to travel regionally depending on customer needs.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customer stakeholders to understand business objectives and define the SPM solution vision, roadmap, and expectations.
• Lead discovery and solution design workshops and architect end-to-end functional solutions across the SPM suite.
• Translate requirements into a well-architected Salesforce solution and own the functional design across the SPM portfolio.
• Mentor team members and contribute to proposals, staffing plans, and SOWs.
