Job summary

SpecPro Professional Services is hiring Solid Waste Customer Service Coordinators to support the Fort Irwin Recycling Center and landfill scale house. You’ll provide customer service, process records, and help keep operations organized at both locations.

You may rotate weekend coverage and report to the Operations Manager. Your duties include handling customer questions, recording weights and transactions, verifying paperwork, and maintaining accurate documentation in Excel and electronic

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; data entry and record maintenance.
• Fluent English with clear communication to customers and coworkers.
• Ability to work at both locations and rotate weekend schedules.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, drivers, contractors, and staff; answer questions and direct issues.
• Manage landfill scale systems; record weights, materials, and information for transactions.
• Verify accounts, paperwork, and disposal requirements; escalate discrepancies as needed.
• Process recycling center documents and reconcile records for accuracy.
• Enter data in electronic systems and Excel; organize and retrieve records.
• Prepare routine reports and support supervisors with documentation and research.
