Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Operator to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to Inquiries: Provide information via phone, email, or in person regarding disposal policies, billing, collection schedules, and solid waste services.
• Customer Assistance: Direct residents and businesses to appropriate disposal areas and assist with waste segregation protocols.
• Gatekeeping & Load Screening: Monitor facility entry points, weigh vehicles, inspect loads for prohibited items, and enforce safety and disposal regulations.
• Payment Processing & Record Keeping: Process payments accurately, balance cash drawers, and maintain daily operational records and logs.
• Problem Resolution: Handle complaints or concerns professionally; coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Clerical Duties: Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and utilizing CRM software and office systems.

Qualifications & Skills
