Job summary

Schneider Electric NA Solar is seeking a Scheduler & Dispatcher to deliver exceptional customer service for North American Solar accounts. You will communicate with customers and internal teams, coordinate field service work, and support the Solar Operations Team.

You will work with the Service Operations Specialist, Field Service Representatives, and the Customer Service Manager to ensure timely service delivery and data accuracy in Netsuite.

Qualifications

• College diploma required or equivalent related experience.
• Two–Three years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build relationships with customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; ability to navigate mapping apps (e.g., Google Maps).

Responsibilities

• Serve as hub between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate field service work and schedules with customers and installers.
• Promote service offers and manage service contracts with stakeholders.
• Track service costs, warranties, and weekly activity reports for service leaders.
• Maintain thorough documentation of service cases and data in Netsuite.
