ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, focusing on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and manage site interventions with regional managers, technicians, vendors, and customers using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and spreadsheets.

You will ensure compliance, maintain audit-ready docs, review intervention reports, and resolve invoice

Qualifikationen

• Must have a minimum bachelor's degree.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or comparable project activities.
• Experience in prevailing-wage environments and maintaining compliance documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, POs, invoices, and multiple concurrent work assignments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint for record-keeping and updates.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and deliver accurate work on time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with project managers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar systems.
• Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup for other assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa and track parts, vendor activity, and invoicing issues.
